This event is right after Career Fair Approach and we’ll all head there afterward!

Texas ABSA has invited us to participate in LAUNCH, a leadership conference on February 10th from 10AM-2PM in Austin. LAUNCH incorporates guest speakers and activities to create an interactive environment where individuals can identify and directly apply their unique leadership skills.

Hello ABSA! As we all know, the city of Houston has gone through a lot in the past year. As an organization that upholds public service, we would like to invite you to donate gently worn apparel to give back to our community! Points are capped at 10 community service points per member!
We will be collaborating with AMA on a school supply & coloring book drive for Culture of Health-Advancing Together (CHAT) a local nonprofit organization that provides tutoring to children from low-income families. This event will be held from Feb 20th – March 6th. Each 2 school supplies AND/OR Coloring book donated will count as 5 community service points. The cap will be 15 points max
Do you love animals? Want to release some stress after studying for those first set of exams? Well look no further, ABSA is partnering up with Beta Alpha Psi to volunteer at Houston Pets Alive! Come relieve some stress with us as we will be helping this no-kill animal shelter with general tasks such as walking dogs, cleaning crates, and giving love to the furry friends seeking a forever home! Fair warning, this event has a MAX of 10 SLOTS PER SHIFT so sign-ups are LIMITED.
